Cira Centre
Opened to tenants and the public in October 2005, the Cira Centre rises above a parking structure on the northwestern side of 30th Street Station. At 437 feet, it is the tallest building—and the first major high-rise office building in Philadelphia—to be located outside of Center City. Cira Centre’s dynamic nighttime lighting scheme changes with different colors and patterns using LEDs incorporated into the glass curtain wall. Its direct link to 30th Street Station offers connections to all Amtrak Northeast Corridor Lines, SEPTA Regional Rail Lines, the Market-Frankford Subway, and trolley surface lines and buses.

The St. James
The St. James is singularly compelling as Center City living space goes. This unique glass high-rise is Philadelphia’s tallest residential building, offering breathtaking views of the city, Washington Square and Independence National Historic Park, and the Delaware River from its spacious studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
